Dear friends,

skybookings intelligence aka sky is now integrated to the whole platform, but still limited to reading and analysing work, while we test its accuracy. You can login now and look for the chat icon on the top right hand side of each screen. Then ask questions.

What’s awesome is that it understands the context of the screen you’re on. So, if you’re viewing analytics, you can ask it questions about analytics and it will answer you quickly. However, sky has access to your whole account. So, while you’re in one context you can ask about another context and sky can combine both contexts and give you an intelligent response.

We’re busy training skybookings intelligence to provide user support. Soon you should be able to ask sky to help you navigate your way around the platform.

We’re busy working on —fancy word alert— agentic mode as well, where sky will take instructions like, “send 2 complimentary tickets to Joe.” And it will do that for you. No more clicking around.

Finally, sky should be accessible directly from whatsapp, and your patrons will be able to buy tickets from your whatsapp number and talk to sky as if talking to you or your sales agents.
