- Don’t have anything in your hands while attending to patrons (except a scanning device)
- Always serve guests standing and with a smile
- make small talk while scanning and tagging
- Say “Enjoy the event” after scanning and tagging.

- Drink lots of water before the event starts, and avoid drinking too much liquids once the event has started.
- Eat a full meal before the event starts (including fruits). Supplement with nuts or drinking yoghurt. Avoid heavy food during the event.
- Always have a spare card machine charged or charging and not working (this is for backup)
- Never attend the box office alone!
- Avoid giving change to people who are not buying or who have bought before. This is a security risk.
- Avoid using backup devices as permanent: resolve the issue and take backup devices back on standby

- A white T-shirt must be worn with blue jeans and white sneakers.
- Break the scanning process up between multiple people: one must scan, one must tag, and one must handle payments.
- Where possible set up a support/dispute desk away from the main queue
