For events with more than 1,000 patrons, we design a custom offering depending on your requirements.
Messaging Fees: All automatic notifications, like links to tickets, reminders and thank you messages, are sent at no extra fee. However, bulk email and sms messages attract a fee of R0.50c per recipient for email, sms. Fees are only charged to valid email addresses and phone numbers.
Box Office Fees: Box office management includes deploying a team to scan and sell tickets at the gate. Unless otherwise negotiated, box office fees attract a fee of R1,500 per day per team member (minimum two team members)
Payment Service Provider (PSP) fees: All ticket sales attract a skybookings fee (5 or 10% depending on the tier) + PSP fees. We use paystack.com, one of the largest and most secure payment providers in Africa, to process credit cards, bank transfers and debit cards anywhere in the world. Their fees avg. 2.9% per transaction, which is charged on top of the skybookings fee. Therefore, the total fee charged per ticket sale on Tier 1, for instance, is 5% + 2.9%. Custom Software Integration: Skybookings has an in-house software development team and we are happy to consider custom integration for corporate clients. You might require data to be pulled from skybookings or pushed to your CRM or database. This option is subject to consideration and a proposal seperate to all our fees may be sent.
